Our refund and returns policy is honored for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition received. also in the original packaging.

You will receive an email once your return is received and inspected, to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have yet to receive a refund, please first check with your banking institution or credit card company as processing times vary.
If all of those steps have been taken and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Lost Packages
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered.
If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.
Before placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct and that your package will be delivered to an area where you feel safe with the item being left.
If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen when shipped to your address, please contact us before placing your order, and we can request a confirmation signature for delivery. Additional fees may apply.
Exchanges + Damaged Items
We only replace items that are defective or damaged from our facilities, please contact us. immediately if your item is damaged or defective. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of any/all damaged products.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should first email us at info@shalathskincare.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
