WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders typically ship within 2-4 business days after order placement.
SHIPPING COSTS
We calculate shipping costs based on the weight of the package and distance from our fulfillment center in Dacula, GA.
We offer free shipping to the US on orders $100+. Free shipping will automatically be applied to your order upon reaching the minimum required amount. Free shipping minimum must be met before taxes and after discounts are applied.
We currently ship with USPS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We are currently only shipping to the U.S. but we hope to ship internationally in the near future.
LOST PACKAGES
Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages where the item has been registered as delivered.
If you experience your package going missing please contact us immediately and we will begin an investigation with the mail carrier to attempt to track down the package.
Before placing an order, please make sure your shipping address is correct and that your package will be delivered to an area where you feel safe with the item being left.
If you are concerned your package may be lost or stolen when shipped to your address, please contact us before placing your order, and we can request a confirmation signature for delivery. Additional fees may apply.

RETURNS
At Shalāth Skincare we are fully committed to our customer's satisfaction and want you to truly enjoy our products. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please email us right away at info@shalathskincare.com.
We accept returns on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase receipt for exchange or credit only. We reserve the right to decline the return request if there is not just cause. We regret that travel sizes, trial sizes, and promotional items may not be returned. We cannot process any returns without first being contacted.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If you receive a product from us that appears to be damaged or defective, contact us immediately at info@shalathskincare.com. We will gladly exchange damaged orders reported within 72 hours of delivery. Please include photos of any/all damaged products.
